A Note About our Graduating Seniors!  In Alphabetical Order.... drum roll, please!

Hannah Caylor, Home Schooled, has been accepted as a Dance Major at the University of Missourri/Kansas City; Sarah Ellis Platteville(WI) High School, will be a Musical Theater Major at Penn State, and continue to dance;  Daisy McKinlay, Dubuque Senior High, will study Theater and English at the University of Iowa; Stephanie Nelson, Dubuque Senior High, has accepted a scholarship at Boston University in the Biomedical Engineering program, and will continue to study ballet; Gwendolyn Neumeister, East Dubuque High School, has decided to attend Carlton College in Minnesota; Sydney Ruf-Wong, Platteville(WI) High School, will be in the Opera and Musical Theater/Dance Program at University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee; Jessica Schuck, Home Schooled, graduated from high school and completed her sophomore year at Loras - she plans to graduate early and by 20 be in a Ph.D program to be a university math professor, and, she will continue to dance; Molly Ann Terwilliger, Lancaster(WI) High School, has been accepted to the ballet performance program at Alabama State/Tuscaloosa, summer home to American Ballet Theater; and Britt White, Wahlert High School, will attend  St. Thomas in Minneapolis.

These dancers have been prominent performers in the Heartland Ballet and DCYB.  They have been excellent students and dear friends. We will miss them enormously, and look forward to their visits home where they will always be welcome to attend class. They will always have a place on the barre and a second home at the Academy of Ballet!
